UPDATE: I formally filed a HIPAA Complaint with the US Dept. of Health & Human Services regarding medical records being transferred to another health office. The medical records team does not even have a phone number, they only have a fax number. If I could rate this negative 5, I would. Don't waste your time going here.

Did not have a great experience here... Now that they are owned by Schweiger Dermatology Group, it's even worse. You cannot get a real person on the phone, just an AI recording and then when you request to speak to a receptionist, they send you to a voicemail and no one ever calls you back. We had a wonderful in-office experience with Dr Green, after being hesitant to come back from feeling brushed off by Dr. Psaila in the past. Thought this place had turned around! However, we went to fill the Rx they prescribed and have been waiting on office authorization for well over a week. Three trips to the pharmacy to fill, and still awaiting authorization. Spoke to the office twice who said they would leave notes for the doctor to authorize. In addition, I have left FOUR voicemail messages over a 7 day period with not one single return call. Waited a good 25 minutes in the waiting room just to have a 3 minute appointment with Dr. Psalia. I throughly explained everything that was going on with me, and she gave me a very quick and brief explanation on what she was prescribing me. That was it. She didn’t ask if I had any questions or concerns.. nothing. She told me it was nice meeting me, ran out the door, and before I could say anything, she was already in the next room seeing someone else. I was so confused. I left with a couple samples of other products she recommended, which were all expired.
