I have been going there regularly for the last 3 years, today was the worst experience I've witnessed! It wasn't me personally but this young woman came in wanting her acrylic nails removed, Kevin was very rough with sticking the card under her nails to remove the acrylic, she yelled once how it hurt so he went to using the grinding tool. She yelled again, this time Gina who was doing MY nails gets up and rudley poor acetone onto a bowl and has this girl stick her hands in to dissolve the acrylic, they just leave her there and pay absolutely no attention to her.
