I have been going here for over a year several times a week, staff is friendly, place is clean and there are lots of machines and free weights to use. its hardly ever crowded during the times that I am there except sometimes during the summer when kids are out of school.

Facility is amazing!! Machines galore! Treadmills, stair climbers, weighs, classes, the list goes on. Locker rooms, with showers, hair dryers. Deep tissue massage chairs, hydromassage chairs. Tanning beds, stand up tanning, red light booths. You have to check this place out! Staff is super friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
