Love the place.We had bad experiences in Wayne county. When we needed a place that also took cats back in the 90's we tried Cedar Knoll and haven't gone anywhere else since. Before going, the cat hated the car. After his stay at Cedar Knoll he was eager to go in the car.

Doug is an expert in his field, every dog we have brought him over the years has enjoyed being with him. When we take them back to stay, they are happy to be there. Doug pays close attention to our dogs and when our fox terrier was displaying homesickness after a longer stay, Doug reported the loss of appetite. He even tried a different food than we had sent and tried staying with him during feedings to encourage him to eat. Couldn't ask for more attentive and loving care.

I've had so many bad experiences with fancy kennels having my dog come home skittish and reactive. My experience here was that Doug really has a touch with animals. My dog came back to me a happy boy. I am so happy to have found a kennel I feel I can trust.
