I recently had to put my pet to rest and i can’t say enough amazing things about the stafff. the Vet amanda was the most kind, supportive and knowledgeable person i could have ever asked to be there for me. they offered everything possible to support me through this situation. i received a card in the mail that was hand written with the sweetest message, i felt as if they knew my dog and I for years. do yourself and your pet a favor and go see Amanda!

Brought in my pup Hazel for the first time today when she got a triple fish hook in her paw, they took great care of her, and I don’t feel like this unexpected vet bill is going to break the bank. Will definitely be returning with all of my pups and I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Amazing, caring and helpful staff. They really care about our dogs and cats. Amazing support while making difficult decisions. Dr. James and the Canandaigua Animal Hospital made a donation to Rochester Hope for Pets in our Zelda’s name. Zelda passed away over the Summer time. Today I just received a letter from Rochester Hope for Pets, stating a donation had been made in Zelda’s name. Thank you for all you do and for all you have done for us.
