Bentley and I loved Otterkill. We did not wait for hours to get called and get our informations, right before we walking into the door we were immediately called. They were very informative about almost everything. Our vet tech, Gina, was very sweet towards my pup. They had little photoshoot with him since he is new. Overall they were all sweet and very nice. They gave Bentley puppy goodies as well❤️?
