Today I had the dermaplaning done by Shannon. This was a great experience. I recently turned 30 years old and decided it was time to ramp up my skin care routine. Shannon provided a comfortable, relaxing environment. After my treatment, Shannon answered all of my questions and was very kind. The spa was clean and very organized. Right after my treatment, I made another appointment for a HydraFacial and lip fillers. I can't wait to go back for my next appointment! I wish I considered this type of skin care earlier. Thank you Shannon.
Best Spa by far! To start Rachel at the front desk is the friendliest and goes above and beyond to answer questions and get you in on those last minute appointments ?. Dieu is the best, she explains everything in DETAIL and does all she can to keep you comfortable while making a plan of action for your wants/needs. The office is immaculate and I have never met anyone there who doesn’t have a smile on their face. Location is perfect too. WHY would you go anywhere else?!?!? I would give it 1000000 stars if I could! Compassionate people who just want you to feel your best! Monroe MedSpa in Camillus is a gem! Thanks to everyone there!!?
Right when I walked through the doors of Monroe Medspa in Syracuse, everyone was very welcoming! Especially my first time visiting this place, I was nervous and they were so happy to help me with any questions I had. During and after my treatment was truthfully an amazing experience!! LOVE this place and the staff :)
