“My dentist moved out of the Syracuse area so I found myself looking for a new dentist for the 1st time in 20 years. A friend recommended ProSmile Dentistry 5 years ago and the rest is history. My husband, 2 sons and even my parents all go to ProSmile now. Dr. Maricarmen is knowledgeable and professional but also personable and sweet. All her staff are just as amazing too!! When I walk in and see Marsie at the front desk it always puts a smile on my face!! I should add I don't love going to the dentist either. I was very upfront with the staff and they are 100% supportive. They are always checking in to make sure I'm doing okay during a visit. I was sure it would be pricey. He fixed my problem in a very short time. As I checked out I was told by his very nice staff that there was no charge today. NO CHARGE! I was shocked and thankful . I always knew he was a pillar of our community but I was so grateful for his kindness and generosity. Rare indeed.“
