We recently purchased a lot with Christmas & Associates, and were very impressed with everyone from the company. After describing what we were looking for, Chad found the exact lot that worked for us in less than a week. He also met us on a weekend with short notice to walk the property. The closing process with Chris and Nikole was simple and quick. Prior to working with Christmas and Associates we tried several other land companies and many would never even return our calls or emails.
