Reputable, honest and thorough work. Performed mold remediation for me in my attic that was caused by improperly installed and inadequately vented bathroom fans when house was built. My aging parents were ignoring mold that was growing on their basement bathroom ceiling. I called Van Dyk who offered to stop by that very same day to check it out. No one was home so I had the house unlocked by a neighbor and John and his team were in touch live texting their thoughts. They came up with a remediation plan and took care of everything. AAA+++++ service. It’s good to have people like this to take care of people and their houses.
