The Incubator Kitchen has truly been a blessing to my business.
I’m so grateful for the opportunity to produce my products in a space that provides everything I need. Whether I’m preparing for a farmers market or getting ready to serve as a food vendor, having access to an adequate and professional kitchen has made all the difference.

Stony Brook incubator facility is a great space for entrepreneurs/start ups and small businesses that do not have a brick and mortar. It is a very modern, clean, excellent work space with state of the art professional, commercial grade equipment(6- 8 burner gas ranges, 40 gallon kettles, multi level ovens/warmers/steamers/cooling racks, dishwasher, sanitizer, sinks, ample counter prep space/rolling carts & tables. Storage is available (walk-in fridge/freezer/pantry/lockers/private rooms). I did not see a microwave...lol!
