She took her time and guided me to decide on a toner that would meet my needs/wants. She mixed the perfect amount of toner which truly stood out to me because most hair dressers under estimate my hair and end up needing to mix more 1/2 way through, I was SO IMPRESSED and I really appreciated her knowledge, expertise and attentiveness!!
