After several years of researching,hiring security/bodyguard protection services I can say that Spie stood out in their hospitality, professionalism and affordability. On Thumbtack Spie was quick when responding. I left a voicemail to owner NYPD Sergeant Michael Dorritie and he speedily returned my call. We spoke on the phone and he was affable and experienced. I felt at ease because his personality was relatable. Afterwards, for billing and administrative purposes I was emailed by Vice President Morgan Braren who was specific,clear in his responses and never delayed in his replies. I had a couple of questions to verify regarding the contract and he made it comprehensible. I explained on my statements to Mr.Braren how the community deteriorates due to crimes,robberies,theft,homelessness, shady people. I have called 911 various times. My precinct detective (former Sergeant) called me twice to speak about a community incident. My community streets have hidden surveillance cameras and gang raids are conducted by undercover detectives and police whom are in constant watchout for any suspicious activities. That is the reason why hiring officers,bodyguards and undercovers is so important, especially nowadays. On the day of their service, I did receive a courtesy call beforehand from well spoken superimposing armed officer who introduced himself and another of the armed officers was tough and cordial. We were escorted by them all and we familiarized with one another as there were moments of seriousness,brief conversations and laughs. The armed officers had the tactic of being vigilant and well-prepared since they were trained in executive protection and many more. It was a pleasant day thanks to them.I confirmed to Mr.Braren that the duty for the day was done accordingly and he politely mentioned to use the company’s services anytime. We thank you Spie!
