Took our little rescue pup Bea to be groomed for the first time. Bea seemed very comfortable there and looked great after her bath and trim. Timolyn took the time to answer all of my questions about how we should have her trimmed and how to maintain it. Very happy with her and highly recommend.
Timolyn is the kindest and most caring groomer! Our dog is NOT the easiest dog to groom; there can't be other people or dogs around, his mommy needs to be with him the entire time (even assisting Timolyn at times), he thinks he's a big dog and should be groomed in the stall, instead of the tub, etc. Through it all Timolyn just goes with whatever works for him.
Had such an amazing experience! I brought my dog here today for the first time and Timolyn was so patient with her! She absolutely hates getting her nails done and it was a breeze today! Thank you!
