Took our little rescue pup Bea to be groomed for the first time. Bea seemed very comfortable there and looked great after her bath and trim. Timolyn took the time to answer all of my questions about how we should have her trimmed and how to maintain it. Very happy with her and highly recommend.

Timolyn is the kindest and most caring groomer! Our dog is NOT the easiest dog to groom; there can't be other people or dogs around, his mommy needs to be with him the entire time (even assisting Timolyn at times), he thinks he's a big dog and should be groomed in the stall, instead of the tub, etc. Through it all Timolyn just goes with whatever works for him. 🥰 We tried other groomers and they just don't compare! We have been going to Tails & Nails Pet Spa every 4 weeks for over 5 years; Timolyn is so good we make sure to book our appointments a year in advance to make sure we get the same day/time every time! 🤣 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service!

She was absolutely amazing with my cat! I was in awe of how smooth everything went! Patsy absolutely adored her and her helper. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
