“I don't know how customers can have such negative ratings. Your reviews are much different then mine. I enjoy the fact that I can have a walk in at my convenience and I don't have to beg for an appointment when I have an important event. The two ladies I also found to be quite pleasant too. I can't say anything about pedicure experiences, cause I've never had one. My feet are way too ticklish. I do get acrylic nails though and they are really pretty and stay on about a month. If I ever had an issue with a nail, I walk back in and they take care of it with no problems. I also don't feel like they don't rush on anything and they take time with me. They have no problems getting customers that I have seen and I don't feel that I have to wait for service too long.
