RM Pena did an incredible job with window installation. Everything was smooth, quick, and the outcome is superb quality and looks great. They were very professional, wore shoe covers when in the house to not track anything inside, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. One customer mentioned that their 72-year-old house looked much younger after getting new gutters and siding. They also replaced and installed windows and a back door in 2017. Their team did a great job. An installer dropped a hammer in the bathroom and broke a floor tile, but they immediately sent out a contractor to replace the damaged tile. A few years later, their storm door glass shattered. They reached out to the manufacturer and arranged for the glass to be replaced under warranty. Just this past week, a screen window that a cat had ripped was brought in. Even though it was their fault, their policy is to replace the screen for free regardless. The women in the office apologized profusely, but the customer wasn’t upset since they were happy that they weren’t being charged. One of the ladies mentioned she was heading the customer's way later that evening and offered to drop off the finished screen, which she did.
