Today I called RM Pena to get information regarding upkeep on our new front door and spoke to Sarah Lennon. She was very professional, kind and helpful and gave me all the answers I needed. Her supervisor may say "she was just doing her job" but I believe she went above and beyond. She is a valuable asset to your team and I think she should get some recognition.Thank you Sarah! R.M. Pena has been my go to business for years. Last year it was replacing gutters and old siding on our 72 year old house. ( It looks so much younger now.) This year it's complete replacement of original door frame and exterior metal door.They have a great work ethic. Everyone I've dealt with at Pena is friendly, professional and installation is done right the first time.

Our founder, Robert Pena worked for Roland J. Down, Inc, for fifteen (15) years, running the window, door and insulation department. When Roland retired, Robert purchased the department and in 1992 established R. M. Pena, Inc. In 1992, Robert and his wife Judy purchased a small, one-room log cabin in Burnt Hills with a vision of expanding it to include a “hands-on” showroom for today’s consumer. Five years later they realized their dream of expansion – first by warehousing their customer’s purchases on site, and later by adding their “dream” showroom. “When people enter our unique log cabin, they are met with a smiling face and “working” showroom. ”
