“Sue was very accommodating and provided so much information prior to bringing our dog, who was coming for the first time and would be there for an extended stay. We usually have an in-home dogsitter, so her guidance and communication were much appreciated. Our dog can get pretty nervous in new situations, but her even keel and calm demeanor helped tremendously. He isn't good with strangers, but didn't even bark or growl at her when we did our visit. He warmed up quickly to her and she was soon one of his favorite people. I think he knew she was a behaviorist! During the stay, she communicated well and asked prior to the stay how much communication we preferred. She was very attentive to him to make sure he was as comfortable as he could be, but also was open with us when he did get anxious. She protects the dogs and cares greatly for them like they are her own. We will be back!“
