Since minute 1, Lox salon has been convienant with scheduling, accomadating, friendly, and my stylist- Taylor is hands down the BEST stylist I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know. The option of online scheduling and contact is critical for my schedule. My inquiry was responded to immediately from the weekend and my rather last minute need for a cut and color was met without hesitation. When new, I paid a $50.00 deposit which went towards the service. I 100% agree with that policy. These ladies go above and beyond and deserve compensation for a "no call no show".
