This is a true old-time barbershop. It has a traditional barber chair, a car for kids and handles all types of haircuts.

It only has one barber, Mark, who listened very carefully to what I wanted before he even started work.

Also one of the few barbers who know how to do a bald fade—with a straight razor. What impressed me the most was the prices. A haircut is only $30 and he didn’t charge me extra to trim my beard and mustache.

Friendly barber who knows what he is doing. 10/10

A++ for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming barbershop that’s perfect for all ages—even toddlers!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mark, the owner of Dinkum Hair. He’s incredibly kind, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure every person who walks through his door feels genuinely welcome and comfortable. We first brought my son here when he was a toddler with sensory issues and taking him to the salon to get haircuts was a problem. My son’s now way past that stage and we’re still coming back here for haircuts, even though there are many places closer to home that would be more convenient for us to get to. Mark is great with kids… his demeanor quickly sets them at ease. The haircuts are consistently good, and it’s always a pleasure spending time with Mark in his cozy barber shop.
