The trainers are very good at their jobs. I had a knee replacement and it was very still. Much better now.

All instructors, therapists are WONDERFUL YOUNG, very SKILLFUL people, young women & men, without any exception !!!
My personally favorite, is miss. Tamila - super attentive, knowledgeable, gentle...with great social skills...& great attitude, patience, guides, assistance & help! I brought my beloved wife...to EXERIENCE all this, while GETTING much needed HELP, with her own health issues !!
