I was introduced to Beauty and Fly through a friend and it was the best thing that ever happened to me! From the moment I met Catherine she was kind and listened to my issues and concerns about my face. I had just gone through a series of lasers for the lines and wrinkles around my mouth and chin with another doctor and I was very unhappy with the lack of results. Catherine understood my concerns and came up with solutions! We had a few visits and each time it improved more and more. I can honestly say that I am totally amazed with the results! She nailed it! I find myself looking at my face now and smiling! The office is warm and inviting and I always felt like a priority. It was very personalized. I always received a text the next day checking on me and any questions or concerns were always answered immediately. I have been to many top NYC doctors for injections/lasers and this experience was like no other. It is rare to find someone like Catherine who truly has a vested interest in her patients. Catherine is kind and personable and a true GEM.

This place is amazing! I always get a 60-minute Swedish massage, and I must say I always fall asleep! It’s so relaxing and peaceful! The prices are reasonable as well. I’ve also had their facials; it was very nice and relaxing.
My son has been enrolled for three years. We love it here. The instructions is excellent. The schedule is super convenient for school schedules and vaca. Most of all my son is learning patience and discipline.

The service was prompt and thorough with excellent communication throughout. The inspector came 2 hours after I called, was able to identify the source of a mouse infestation that we’ve been dealing with for months, and that has eluded previous exterminators. He came up with several solutions and worked efficiently. Everything was very professional. Highly recommend.

I have seen Claudia (Skin Confident) a few times and have also brought my 13yo to her for teen facials and acne assessments. I cannot say enough good things about Claudia’s approach - to both me and my daughter - as well as her knowledge, her care and her honesty. Both my daughter and I felt completely comfortable with Claudia. She doesn’t push her products, or others, she listens and provides practical advice. She follows up and cares about how you’re doing post treatment and responds quickly and thoroughly to questions, texts and requests for appointments. We are thrilled to have found Claudia and so glad she relocated to Chappaqua. Easy location, great service and we both can’t wait for our next session(s) with her.

A great place! I came here because Kraft Barbers was all booked up for the next two days, and while I feared a walk in place would be disjointed and lazy, that was very much NOT the case. I paid thirty bucks for a haircut and thirty bucks for a shave, and I got a great haircut and a borderline perfect shave from the Barber - who was very professional and to the point. The staff here know hair, and will work with you to get the right haircut - they work quickly and efficiently but also communicate with you during the shave and the haircut to get every little nook and cranny of your hair cut right. Will be coming back here in the future!
Joe was great. Came over in an emergency situation and got the boiler working. He spent tons of time researching the issue and my specific boiler to diagnose the problem and fix it. Fair, honest, and knowledgeable. Really helped us out in a pinch.

I was so glad to step into this nursery! The lady at the desk was very passionate, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. After explaining that I'd like to replant my cactus (and not knowing what I needed to do so.) I was informed I needed cactus soil. She then told me that she can REPLANT Dinkle (my cactus) for the SAME PRICE as if I were to JUST pay for new soil. While Dinkle was being cared for; I was informed I was overwatering him. She informed me on how to take better care of him and when to water him appropriately while he was moved into his new pot. She also asked about the amount of light Dinkle was getting and told me that I was doing a great job of that. Lastly, the lady described to me HOW Dinkle was going to grow in his new pot(outwards towards the edges of his pot then upwards). I've been going to Enrico for a few years now and have loved every single haircut. It's such a personalized experience, the salon is lovely and Enrico is always a delight. I feel badly for him that he has to contend with any negative reviews from non-customers about parking....the signs clearly say the spaces are reserved for his customers!

What a great experience, April was amazing! I went in for an under eye cream. April was so helpful that before I knew it she sat me down and was doing my makeup. I felt amazing and beautiful when I left. I will absolutely be back. Unlike most places she did not push me to buy anything extra, only what I came in for.

first time i ever got clothes tailored, just two pairs of jeans. very friendly people both when i dropped off and when i picked up, woman who took my clothes was very accommodating and helpful as i fumbled around with the process. great location, something like $60 for hems on both jeans' legs and one of their waists. picking them up was in-and-out, great place from my experience

I love this Spa. I always feel pampered and they do a wonderful manicure and pedicure. I have a slight balance issue due to an old injury and the staff always offer me assistance moving into and out of the pedicure chairs. They are very kind and never judgemental.
