I’ve been going back and forth with getting my two tattoos removed. But I finally decided to just do it. So I reached out to a few places and Crystal was the only one who got in touch with me right away. She has been SO patient with answering all of my questions and always got back to me so fast. She explains everything so thoroughly. I’m so glad I decided to go with her and this company!

I needed two small finger tattoos removed that I had gotten when I was 18, as I am working to enter medical school. The technician, Crystal, was very kind, informative, and professional. She walked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease. She worked efficiently and even put in extra effort to make me feel more comfortable.
