I have been a regular attendee at One Ocean Yoga for many years. Every single teacher is excellent and John Seelye the Founder is even able to tell if you are not breathing correctly and gives the most marvelous adjustments and yoga tips. Last year I did a pivot to Katherine Shapiro's zoom classes which I do on my patio at home, so convenient! There are never more than 4 people and Katherine's classes are extremely enjoyable. She incorporates meditation at the end, each class has a variety of stretches and is always different.
