Drop your clothes off here if you hate them and want them DESTROYED. I don't think any of my linens shirts will ever be the same. Oh and on top of that the woman working there is okie of the nastiest people I've had the displeasure of dealing with.

One of the rudest customers services I've experienced in the Hamptons. The older woman is a terrible asset for this business, she's rude, she yells at you, no thank you no hi, no bye, nothing. zero personality Time to take my business elsewhere Not to mention, spots on returned shirts, ironed creases everywhere

They ruined a white designer jacket of mine. First time around, they denied responsibility and the woman at the counter was downright rude. The manager did call me but claimed that I brought the jacket to him in that condition. When I told him that I had a photograph of it, he backed down. He then offered to send it to a third-party to analyze the fabric. They've had my jacket for over a month and a half now. If you like your clothes, do not bring them here. Ever.
