Mr. Jack is an exceptional, credible, and trustworthy person. I had Mr. Jack's company perform flooring woodwork in my home and I forgot to include the bathroom edging yet Mr. Jack agreed to return and do it at no additional cost. Mr. Jack kept updating me on the timeline and answered calls to explain the delay. I am happy to say Mr. Jack did not disappoint and kept to his word. Your kindness is appreciated, Mr. Jack.
Excellent professional service and installation. Great communication on exactly when the crew was coming and what to expect. Jack, I cannot say enough good things about the way he handle my messed up floor. I cannot recommend his company highly enough. Just to note: this installation was completed last year in April '15, but doing the review now along with other companies (don't ask why!). This company was absolutely awesome! I promised Jack I'd give a good review, and he and his team deserve it. I believe it was a 2-3 day project, but 3 coats poly in the living room, dining room, stairs and upstairs corridor at a GREAT price compared to other companies, along with the final product - it was worth it. If I remember correctly I found these guys through Home Advisor; they came to give us a quoting and we jumped on board right away. Work started the very next day. No problems. Jack if you're reading this - we're the young couple in Baldwin, NY... Thank you so much, bro!
