The job was started that Friday and then completed within two days. The work involved taking down and then cutting up various tall pine trees. Cleaning up the land and shaping two trees. The eight men that worked on the project were professional and did work in a safe manor. I would recommend the use of this company as needed.“

He personally oversaw our lawn to make sure it improved every week and kept me up to date with the status and what to expect each week. When we needed other landscaping work done around our property he always came out and gave us pricing and told us what to expect and broke the pricing down on how he got to that number. “Bates Farm has been handling my landscaping needs since I moved to Ridgefield in 2018. They do my weekly mowing as well as the seasonal refreshes of my property. Lee is always happy to come by to discuss needs and options. He is also super responsive to messages and will quickly address any concerns. I admit that I don't know a lot about landscape pricing because Bates Farm is the first company I've worked with on my own, but their pricing seems completely fair to me. As an aside, I once sent a payment to them twice accidentally. I just had a lot going on and forgot that I already paid the bill. Lisa immediately refunded the money that I would never have even realized I overpaid. The Pepins are good people to do business with.“
