So I feel conflicted because it’s a 5 out of 5 depending on who you get. I have left extremely disappointed, but also loving my nails. I love when either Sunny or Ria do my nails, I’m always happy, and I’m willing to wait. I’ve had an appointment before and still had to wait an hour, but, it’s worth it. I’ve had Lynn before too, and she is excellent. You take a chance, but I’ve been coming for 15+ years and will continue. Best prices too, a powder dip is $40.
every time I come here I have to wait for them to show up, when they open they are not ready to do your nails if u are supposed to open at 9:40 u should be ready to work at that time. they always rush you bc they don't have enough workers. they do an ok job used to be so much better
Very nice customer service here, I almost never wait... walk in and they help me right away. I've gone to a few nail salons in the area and this one is my go to number one!! I gave them 4 not 5 start because it would be nice to see them wash hands after each customer..especially after pedicures.
