Kind of felt like they don't put their prices online as they just make them up on the spot depending on the customer.
The man I spoke to the manager was great and his helper Peter was also very helpful.
Just felt like they hide a lot of details which gives me pause.
I was greatly appreciative of James' work in servicing our furnace. He described everything in detail, was both professional and courteous. He was trustworthy and was a great Ambassador for Burke Heat.
For our renovation project, we got a bunch of estimates, and Burke Energy really stood out. Their rep, Michael Carpenter, did a super thorough look around the house and took the time to walk us through different air quality and heating options. Even though they’re a bit more expensive, we decided to go with them because Michael’s professionalism, knowledge, and experience made us feel confident we’re making the right choice.
