We used this company for remediation and restoration after a water issue in our home and their work was superb. It was thoroughly professional, well-coordinated and done in a very timely fashion. I had a flood in my house and Paul davis came to the rescue. From the very first moment, I spoke with Tina in the office who was so helpful, understanding, and made me feel at ease after the devastation that we were faced with. Rob, Carlos and the crew came in immediately set up fans, took down walls floors, cleaning up the debris and the mold their team was immaculate. Everything was so clean. I have nothing but positive things to say about Paul Davis Restoration. After a fire in our basement Allstate sent Chris Saur to assess the resulting damage. At an extremely stressful and upsetting time, Chris was attentive and sympathetic from the moment he arrived. He took his time walking us through what would take place and what we had to do. He sent a cleaning crew over within days and they were amazing. They were thorough, unobtrusive and professional.
