I recently called J&A Pedicure Service with a question about the invoice they left last week. However, the woman who answered the phone, Joy, was extremely rude and aggressive in her tone. Instead of helping me with my inquiry, she made the conversation unpleasant and unprofessional. Customer service should be courteous and helpful, but my experience was the complete opposite. This was very disappointing, and I hope they improve their attitude toward customers.

Purchased the chair 2021 decemberUsing for little more than 1 year look what happens inside the chair.Everything was ripping in parts.I called the company and they said warranty doesnt cover the leather part..

have been a loyal customer for awhile spent a lot of $$$ these people do not care about loyalty. they try to scam you and tell you different prices before installation. She said she made a mistake on the price when invoice was set.
