Brentwood-Islip is a veterinary clinic that is highly regarded for the care provided by Dr. Kofler and Dr. Cronin. Dr. Kofler is described as an awesome veterinarian who takes great care of her patients, following up after visits or surgeries as if they were her own. She is praised for her expertise and dedication, making her an excellent choice for routine checkups or when pets are not feeling well. Dr. Cronin is also highly recommended, having taken over from a previous male doctor. She is credited with helping a dog become a thriving 9-year-old, with her expertise and service highly valued by her clients. Even those who no longer live on Long Island make sure to return to the clinic for Dr. Cronin's care.
Dr. Cronin is incredibly caring, kind and humane with you and your fur babies. She's honest, transparent and explains everything to you so that you make an informed decision. She doesn't manipulate you into getting unnecessary things that won't help your vet reach a diagnosis. And if what is needed is something out of her expertise, she will provide a referral to a trusted expert. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Cronin and her friendly staff. Because it's a small practice, don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. However, if you need to be seen same day, call and many times they will do their best to accommodate you. This is a great and loving practice.
Dr. Kofler is awesome. She has taken care of all 3 of my dogs. She follows up after visit or surgery as if they are her own to see how they are doing. Hands down the best veterinarian to go to for your little ones to get better or routine checkups. You are a blessing to our little loved ones. Thank you for all that you do.
I only bring my dog to Dr. Cronin. Ever since she took over for the male doctor that was there, I have been nothing but happy with her expertise and service. I personally was not crazy about that other doctor and was looking for a new one before she started. She's helped get my dog become a thriving 9yr old. I don't even live on Long Island anymore but I make sure to drive back and have my sister take my dog to her appointments when scheduled. I don't think you'd find a better vet than Dr. Cronin.
