The Nerds That Care are the absolute best tech support company ever!!! Especially for an older person like me who isn't that computer savvy. They are very patient and professional. Francisco recently fixed a problem I had on my work computer, but all of their tech support team is extremely knowledgeable and informative.
I live close to this place so decided to call them up and see if they could help fix a computer problem I was having. Spoke to David, my problem wasn't too crazy, so as a curtesy David walked me through the solution over the phone in 5 minutes. 5 stars to him!
