“I am so happy and relieved by the wonderful experience Sadie and I had with Mark and Nicole today. I had told Mark that Sadie was a bit frail due to arthritis and they met us at my truck. Nicole lifted her out of the truck rather than having her jump out and possibly hurt herself. From that tender moment til she was thoroughly groomed, I knew Sadie was in loving hands. “Fabulous people ! So good to my dog too . When he wasn't feeling good after a fall I was going to cancel , they said that would be no problem if I had to reschedule, but they also suggested that they might be able to help and give me suggestions and I decided to bring him. They were so careful with him and what his needs were, they even gave me suggestions that I could use at home to help. They also gave me those suggestions but reminded me to make my own decision because I know my own dog. Best. They were amazing!!“
