Nothing I did opened my lock box. I needed to access my passport. I went to a competitor company, the top rated in the area, and the son dismissed me and suggested I have a relative take a crowbar to it. Yesterday, I called, emailed and took the box to Yel Help Locksmiths. CJ and Ian were professional, willing to assist and came up with solutions. I don’t know what type of magic they know, but the key that had been jammed (for weeks) opened the lock when Ian fidgeted with it. Locked my keys in my truck with the ignition on. Called Yel Help Locksmiths at 7:40AM and they said they would have their technician come right to my house instead of their office! Mason was great. He was very professional and worked quickly to get my door unlocked and open. I’m not going to complain about the price, that’s what I get for locking the keys in the vehicle. Mason was at my house within 20 minutes from calling. Great experience all around.
