Fantastic friendly amazing service.After hours of frustration with my roadside assistance insurance (Good Sam) I decided to secure my own tow as we were stuck on an interstate highway.Val-u tow reached us in less then 1 hour after we called.Driver was friendly and funny and quickly had us back to smiles.Thank you!
Long story short.. i have a 97 Ford T-bird thats been lowered and has a full body kit.. and a broken front ball joint.. Corey was able to move my car up the ramp of the flatbed with ZERO damage using towing skates and wood blocks. He took his time and in this case..thats a good thing!! He really is a master of the art.. i highly highly recommend Corey if you have a low sitting vehicle that needs to be moved. I will definately be calling for him for any future towing needs. unfortunately for myself had to have my car towed 3 times this week, I have Verizon roadside and Allstate Motor club, they were the provider each time. They’re funny, friendly, keep you up when you’re down. The guy this time was new to Valu and still just as awesome. I’ve even had them come out to jack up my car when I had it stuck on ramps in my own driveway ?Thank you guys please keep it up!!
