We have been Terminex customers for many years. Our technician Jeff always makes sure we are ok during our regular visits. Last year we had a horrible rodent problem that he treated. Since then the problem has been solved. We also added termite protection as well. During his last visit he recommended adding more insulation to protect against ice dams and heat loss which we plan on doing soon. Jeff is personable, respectful of our property and very knowledgeable about pest control. Highly recommend!

The area I live in does not have much competition when it comes to removing or 'rehoming' bats. However, when my 'batman' arrived, he was very friendly, cordial and professional. Patiently answered all and I mean ALL my questions. I made him repeat many things as far as the contract goes so I was clear I understood.
When the technician was due to arrive, he contacted me personally to double check we were on the same page. He reiterated what Samuel (my 'batman') stated, and arrived on time and professionally carried out exactly what was agreed upon.
