I was extremely disappointed it was working and someone found a baby possum I mean it was literally following someone to the store anyway I finished up what I was doing and then made bunches phone calls and Googled it and they were one of the numbers I chose cuz they were local anyway I was put on hold and for just a few minutes and then they told me sorry they couldn't help me and hung up on me that was so rude and disappointing when I needed help with a baby possum I mean at least they could have given me you know some tips of what to do or someplace else to call but instead they just hung up on me that didn't seem fair or right or even professional for that matter

I highly recommend their services. I set up a trap in my home had no idea what I was gonna catch but ended up catching a big raccoon. I called and recieved a phone call back from Jason within 20 minutes and an hour later he was there to pick up the raccoon for me. He also brought my trap back which I highly appreciate.Service: General wildlife removal

Called to get a skunk removed, called in the am and was told that an agent would reach out to me but I didn’t hear anything. Now I understand people get busy but I called back several hours later and it was basically repeat the same process (leave my name and what I needed done etc). When I questioned the service representative she hung up on me. This place is a waist of tax payers money and the owners need to hire people who appreciate a the fact that they have a job and take classes on customer care.
