Called in the morning, he was able to come out to my location that afternoon, he also called beforehand to confirm. When he got here he was pleasant, got me my new key with proof the vehicle was registered in my name and gave me some much appreciated advice on why my car didn't start properly all the time. Quick and efficient. Locked my key in the car while it was still running. A worker came out within the hour and got my car open within 5 minutes. Only set me back $100, and avoided the headache of having to contact the dealership. Would recommend to anyone in this situation!
