I absolutely love the staff at Nikki’s. I have been going there for a few months now and Natalia does an amazing job. She knows that my grandson picks the colors and we have to have sharp corners for my dog. We joke about it but she always makes everything work. And my nails always look amazing and they last till my next appointment, sometimes 2 weeks and sometimes 3-4 weeks. Easy to schedule an appointment and great atmosphere.
I had booked online and accidentally booked incorrectly, I immediately sent a message panicking because they charge a fee for cancellations of under 24 hours (which i totally understand!) but I couldn’t pay the fee plus book a second time for the actual nail session. Nikki was super understanding and moved my appointment for me to the day I needed. She did need to move my appt due to being sick which again I did not mind at all cause we’re all human! She ended up coming in early so I could get my nails done without having to rush my day, and she did an amazing job too. Highly recommend, it’s nice coming into a salon and feeling a welcoming vibe.
