Overall great experience with National Floor Center. My wife and I spent many weeks considering options and getting samples (lots of choices available) and everyone was very helpful. We also opted to have their installer put the floors in and the installers were also knowledgeable and did great work.

We had a great experience with National Floor. Staff was always friendly and accommodating even when they were busy. We took home many samples before deciding on backsplash and flooring for our kitchen. We could not be happier with our choices! Thanks Robert!

I went into National Floor Center this a few days ago with a piece of tile. I was not there to buy; what I really needed was help and information.
I met Robert Ellis, and explained I was looking to sell about 360 sq ft of tile my sister had in her garage to help her out financially, and I wasn't sure if the tile piece I had was ceramic or porcelain. Mr. Ellis took one look at it and told me it was natural marble tile, and then proceeded to invite me into his office as he went online to not only try to find that same tile, but educate me as to what it was selling for, so I could then decide what I wanted to price my sister's tile at for sale.
