We contracted John to sand, stain and finish the floors in our house before we moved in. The house is old (originally built c. 1845) and was over 2,000 square ft of hardwood.We were thrilled with John and the work he did. The floors look amazing, better than I expected. John was extremely knowledgeable and had a great attention to detail, a true craftsman.
