The room was absolutely spotless! I can't say enough on how clean it was. The staff were very helpful, respectful, and friendly. I am so glad they were able to extend my stay alittle due to work, and I am grateful for it.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the couple in the room next to our room that thought it was ok to scream at each other for over half an hour at 2am even though we were on a quiet floor and the front desk did nothing to stop them.
Service was 10/10 with Jeff and everyone being friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. However, the room as well as the hotel overall was outdated and somewhat basic which is the main reason for the overall score. The breakfast buffet was good. Overall this is not a place to splurge or spend a whole lot of time, but pretty good for a business trip or when passing through.
