They called a week ahead with the installation date. The installers arrived early, worked efficiently and were professional and very tidy during their process. Work was completed in no time and you'd never know they were here execpt for our beautiful new gutters. Highly recommend.“
“Recently, my wife and I closed on our first home, within a week of moving in we were informed by our home insurance provider that the roof was in need of repair, and that they would cancel our coverage. I reached out to JSR Jones through Angi's List, along with a handful of other Roofing contractors in the area, Ron Jones came out to my home that morning, provided me with a reasonable quote, and included replacing our gutters for not much more. Well, I met with at least 7 other teams, and each time was given a higher price tag, snake oil salesman tactics, and unprofessional discussions about why other teams were terrible for XYZ.With Ron, I didn't hear any of that, he gave me a quote, and told me to reach out if I wanted to work with his company. I called him back a couple days later, and was told work could begin the next day. His team showed up early that day, stayed late, and came back the next two days, giving my wife and I a new roof, and a sense of security. Our insurance company was happy, we were happy, and we would recommend using JSR Jones to anyone. Absolutely 5 star service, if you need a roof job, please consider JSR Jones, they were professional, timely, and very reasonable.“
