I live remotely from the property and needed someone who would follow through and his team did that. More importantly, when I called Chris he answered his phone 90% of the time. If not, he was calling me back in minutes. Communications is important in a crisis! I knew what was needed and when it got done despite my distance from the situation.

I am sincerely grateful to the Fire Water Pros team. My house burned down—the basement and kitchen. I only called Fire Water Pros because a neighbor recommended them, and they truly did a great job on my house. The price was fantastic, too. Chris Dailey and his entire crew were extremely professional, patient and kind throughout the entire process. My basement was flooded with approximately eight inches of water. I called and the response was immediate. I ended up needing both inside and outside work done to fix the problem. Fire Water Pros staff was wonderful to work with and were very good at explaining the process and details as they went along. They made a very stressful situation easier every step of the way. Chris was always just a phone call or text away and made me feel like I was his only priority.
