Our hot water heater failed and dumped its watery guts all over our basement, which was the last thing we wanted to find at 1:30 in the morning. We called Fire Water Pros, and Chris was quick to reassure us and get his team scheduled to start mitigating the water damage and drying everything out. They arrived literally the next day.
Chris was easy to reach throughout the whole process. If he missed a call, he always followed up by text or called back that day. His team was professional, respectful, and worked around a cluttered basement without causing any damage to our belongings beyond what actually needed to be removed because of the water damage.
The insurance company paid directly so their price had to be reasonable. Whenever I called, I spoke directly with the owner and his crew showed up on time and did a thorough removal of damaged material and follow up inspections to make sure everything was dry and mold free.
