Chris and his team were exceptional! We had a leaky roof which created mold, Chris and his team made it a seamless work/customer experience going above our expectation. It's not very often anymore the owner answers the phone! Well, Chris Dailey certainly did, and he was very friendly about it and took the time to listen to what was going on and came right over same day. Turns out, my project was much smaller than his normal phone calls since he is normally working on larger disasters getting homes up and running again after devastating losses. My issue was simply needing to get inside a light fixture to clean it properly after some dirty water had gotten trapped inside. But, that didn't seem to make any difference at all to Chris.

I have had other water restoration companies here for different projects and was very disappointed in their professionalism and performance, that was not the case with Fire Water Pros.
I had a leaking roof on Christmas Eve and Fire Water Pros was referred to me by my roofing contractor.The owner Chris came at the same time right after Christmas, I was their priority. Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to me after climbing up in my attic.
I would definitely refer them for any of their services.
