I love going to the dentist but this last experience I was quite disappointed. Both my son and I went and they added new people. Was disappointed to see my usual lady wasn’t doing them. I talked with the new lady and she’s very nice BUT I didn’t get my usual cleaning. She picked at a few teeth and the dipped the brush into the toothpaste, dabbed it on my teeth without spinning the brush on each tooth and then told me to rinse. Then I was done. Very disappointed as I spent $$ for the cleaning and my sons which also didn’t take long. I’ve never walked out with such disappointment.

Dr. Farrell and Emily are both great! I had a good experience with them. However, when I switched to a different office and got a reminder call from Sarah about my cleaning, I explained that I switched the offices. She seemed short and rushed to hang up right as I was trying to explain why I switched the offices. That’s quite disappointing because I wanted to make sure Emily and Dr. Farrell know that I appreciate their services and only switched providers because I would get a discount for laser treatments at the other place. I have had horrible anxiety following a few bad experiences at other local dental offices. Dr. Farrell and his kind and professional staff have 100% cured me of all dental anxiety. My procedures have So far been pain free. Dr. Farrell was very easily able to do what two other dentists said they could not... and he did so in a matter of only a few minutes!
