This was my first time at Vision Works, from the moment I walked in the entire staff was kind and welcoming! They tried to help me find the insurance my employer has as it was my first time using it. They also provided me information for the insurance plan offered through them. Each staff member took the time and care during each process of my appointment and I could not be more appreciative of that! Amazing job! Thank you!
A breath of fresh air! I took my son here after his optometrist canceled on him twice after 2 (10) month waits. The staff is personable, friendly and caring! It was the most friendly atmosphere! Amazing! Thank you staff!!!
Absolutely would recommend Empire Vision (Binghamton NY Front St.) I totally enjoyed my visit. The staff were all very pleasant and well informed and were able to address my concerns and questions. The tele exam was easy and timely. The Dr. was friendly and professional and answered all my questions, and concerns and even educated me on areas I questioned regarding my vision. I didn't feel like I was just rushed through and that the staff were very friendly, authentic, and genuinely concerned that I was completely happy with their service.
