My puppy had an emergent health issue and they handled him and me, a new dog mom, with great care. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone whose pets need love, care and A-grade treatment. A big thank you to Dr.Leah who was able to diagnose my puppy with a rare disorder on the second visit.
Answering the phone.
They never answer the phone I called so many times and keep getting a recording they can't answer the phone to keep trying.what happens if it was a emergency? You would never get a hold of them.Get someone to answer the phone
Dr. Callan saw my two old rats this week and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. She is very knowledgeable about exotics, and gave them both a thorough exam to make sure everything was in working order (and was also extremely patient in light of them being terrified of new people.) One of my boys needed a tooth trim due to being on a soft diet, she handled him very gently and did a great job cutting them back to relieve any discomfort he was feeling. She was very accommodating and allowed him to go back for the procedure with his brother's blanket for comfort.
